Is the demo really free?
Yes. If you don't like it, you don't pay anything and there's no obligation.
How long does it take?
Most demos are ready within a couple of days. Once you're happy, going live usually takes a few days more, depending on your domain.
What do I need to give you?
Your business name, phone number and the services you offer. Photos of your work help a lot, but we can start without them.
Do I own my website?
Your domain name is yours. We'll explain exactly what you own before you sign up, in plain English.
Can you guarantee I'll be top of Google?
Nobody honestly can. We build your site the way Google likes and set up your Google listing properly, which gives you the best possible chance.
Where do you cover?
Trades across the South West. Everything's done by phone, text and email, so it doesn't matter where you're based.
What happens if I stop paying for hosting and care?
You'll get a reminder first. If it stays unpaid, tools are paused after a notice period, but your website itself stays separate and you can export your own data.
Can I change my site later?
Yes. Small changes are included in your monthly plan, just text or email us. Bigger changes are priced separately and agreed before we start.
Do you lock me into a long contract?
No long lock-in contracts. You can cancel the monthly plan whenever you like.
